This class is intended for ages 18+

This thorough and beginner-friendly 6-week class is a perfect start for any new oil painter. Whether you've only tried it a few times, need a refresher, or have never touched the medium before, this class is for you!

I will use a combination of tested and proven academic principals with my own self-taught techniques and years of teaching experience to introduce you to oil painting in a non-intimidating, slow-moving, and easy to digest way.

We will cover everything from materials and how to select them, to paint handling, color mixing and values, choosing references, brush techniques, and much more. With ample side-by-side easel time and live demos. Join me in January to begin your oil painting journey and learn what you can really do!
