Martha Lemire - Executive Director
Martha Lemire, a resident of Henniker, NH, brings a wealth of nonprofit arts management experience and knowledge to Kimball Jenkins.
Ms. Lemire served as the Executive Director of The Florida Ballet in Jacksonville, FL from 2015-2023 where she was instrumental in the organization’s resurgence, increasing the annual budget from $250,000 to $1.7M and concurrently overseeing the purchase of its new $3M facility. Lemire also led efforts to expand The Florida Ballet’s educational and community engagement programs, focused on securing philanthropic support, and helped steward the organization’s operational stability through the COVID-19 pandemic. Martha is the recipient of the Laurie Picinich-Byrd and Michael Byrd Visionary Award from The Florida Ballet.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lemire worked as a member of the Prescott Park Arts Festival management team and as the Executive Director of Ballet New England, Portsmouth, NH.
Lindsay Wolf - Office administrator
A resident of Concord, NH, Lindsay Wolf combines her passion for the arts with a strong commitment to non-profit management. With a background deeply rooted in creative expression and education, she brings over 20 years of experience working with diverse groups, including children and families.
Prior to joining Kimball Jenkins, Lindsay served as the full-time Marketing & Communications Writer for Easterseals NH, where she crafted compelling narratives that elevated the organization’s mission and fundraising efforts. Her role involved not only creative storytelling, but active participation in executive-led committees focused on Staff Appreciation, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, reflecting her dedication to fostering a supportive workplace culture. Most recently, Lindsay showcased her leadership skills as the Music Director for The Dance Company in Amherst, NH, guiding a team of young performers in their production of “Mean Girls Jr.”
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from New York University, and she’s excited to champion artistic initiatives and community engagement at Kimball Jenkins.
ko dustin - facilities manager
Ko is a craftsman, and takes such care and detail for the entire Kimball Jenkins Campus. He is a creative and enjoys the many challenges of curatorial duties and innovative programming needs. Ko has refinished and preserved the windows in the Victorian Mansion, fixed the granite walkway leading up to the Office for easier accessibility, and has advised the KJ Buildings & Grounds Committee restoration and repair initiatives.
Big and small, Ko contributes innumerable ways to the long term stewardship of this Campus, and the success of our educational and
programming in the community.
dawn beauchesne - events coordinator
Dawn retired as co-owner of a hardscape design & stone masonry business in 2016 and also enjoyed a successful 20-year career in regional media sales and management. These years were made especially memorable while planning events throughout New England for a nationally syndicated radio personality, as well as coordinating promotional appearances and fund raisers for local, regional and national musical acts. She also enjoyed working on many committees with the Lung Association of NH during their many Clean Air Challenge multi-day cycling fundraisers, and for a time as part of the development team. Dawn joined Kimball Jenkins as events coordinator in 2011. The Estate hosts nearly 100 business meetings, social gatherings including weddings, and fundraisers every year. Dawn lives in Concord with her husband, and English setters Avery and Fern.
