Printmaking Studio, Yellow House 

This class is intended for continuing students and participants new to printmaking ages 16+

In this 5-week course, students will receive an introduction to the art of printmaking. We will look at prints in a variety of techniques and study how they were made. Today there is a vast array of approaches to making prints, and the intent of this session is to help students discover which techniques might work to enhance their own approach to making art.

Students will learn about and experiment with non-toxic Akua Inks and their modifiers making monotypes and monoprints – unique prints - on Plexiglas plates.
